Performance Specialist

Responsibilities:
1. Planning and development of SEO and analysis concepts
2. Definition of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics

3. Planning, control and monitoring of keyword lists
4. Analysis of visitor behaviour and conversion rates of the individual websites
5. Development and creation of customized reports

6. Development of recommendations for action and optimization of the individual websites
7. Direct contact with retail partners to coordinate A/B testing and other marketing measures
8. Development of technical procedures per trading partner to achieve the KPIs

Requirements:
1. Completed vocational training or studies in the commercial sector or in e-commerce man-agement
2. Solid experience in the implementation, management and evaluation of online marketing

3. Very good analytical skills (tracking, reporting, KPIs)
4. Good user knowledge of MS products
5. Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as a high degree of analytical and problem-solving ability

6. Experience with campaign management (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, for Business and DSPs) to train and educate our retail partners
7. Solid troubleshooting, analysis and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
8. Effective time management - ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
9. Very good command of the English language
