**Responsibilities**:

- Support the sales team and all sales channel including online and digital to arrange stock deliver to customer within 24 hours and make 100% customer satisfaction and collect customer data to key into CRM system 100%.
- Provide after sales admin support for the sales team.
- Make sure the company in clean and proper set up condition for sales team to have a good image presentation environment.
- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- Undertake any other activities and projects as given by the management
- Undertaking data entry on warranty cards and any other leads in a proper software format.

- To generate weekly and monthly admin and lead report for top management to review

- Assist colleagues by carrying out common office duties whenever necessary.
- Photocopies and files appropriate documents as needed.
- Issue and track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
