- Monitor overall maintenance preventive programme as well as manage team of contractors and service providers to ensure that works are carried out satisfactory and cost effectively.
- Handle residents complain and enquiries in timely manner.
- Identify, plan and initiate improvement works to enhance the value of the properties.
- Inspect grounds, facilities and equipment routinely to determine necessity of repairs or maintenance. Plan, schedule and coordinate general maintenance, major repairs, and remodeling or construction projects for the property.
- Supervise the overall collection of service charges, sinking funds deposit and other charges.
- Monitor service provider's performance and coordinate contract renewal.
- Prepare monthly report on service provider's performance, finance, compilation of resident feedback/enquiry and detail of occupancy.
- Ensure adhere to internal and external compliance with all safety rules and regulations.
- Monitor and ensure defects are properly recorded and rectified.
**Requirement**
- Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Estate Management, Building and Facilities Management, Property Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience.
- Have working experience in management of commercial, residential and common property.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
