**Key Responsibilities**:

- Creating and Managing 3D BIM Models.
- Developing detailed 3D models of M&E systems (mechanical & electrical )using software like Revit.
- Coordinate BIM models with architectural, structural, and other services to ensure alignment and avoid conflicts.
- Generate accurate shop drawings, schedules, and related documentation from BIM models for construction use.
- Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues effectively.
- Ensure compliance with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and project-specific modelling standards.
- Conduct quality checks on models and documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Participate in site coordination meetings and conduct inspections as needed.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest BIM technologies, tools, and industry best practices.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in BIM modelling for M&E systems.
- Proficiency in Revit is a must; knowledge of Navisworks, AutoCAD, or similar software is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of M&E systems and coordination with other building disciplines.
- Experience in generating shop drawings and construction documentation.
- Familiarity with clash detection processes and resolution techniques.
- Ability to interpret and follow BIM Execution Plans and project standards.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Willingness to attend site meetings and carry out site coordination when required.
- Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
