We are looking for a BIM Modeller with 4–5 years' hands-on Revit modelling experience to produce coordinated, constructible 3D models and BIM deliverables for projects all around Malaysia. Ability to model MEP systems is an advantage and will be highly regarded.

Key responsibilities

  • Create and deliver accurate 3D Revit models to project LOD requirements
  • Model architectural, structural and MEP elements
  • Maintain BIM management files, naming conventions and documentation
  • Produce drawings, schedules and export files for construction and facilities management
  • Liaise with design teams, consultants and contractors to resolve technical issues
  • Support BIM manager/coordinators with workflows, QC checks and handovers

Essential requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Architecture, Structure or other Engineering / Sciences
  • Possess relevant BIM Certificate (CIDB, Autodesk, others)
  • 4–5 years' experience as a BIM modeller or similar role
  • Strong Revit modelling skills and a proven portfolio
  • Experience with Navisworks and clash detection workflows
  • Good understanding of BIM processes, LOD/LOI and model management
  • Strong attention to detail and good communication/teamwork skills

Desirable (advantage)

  • Experience modelling MEP systems (HVAC, ductwork, piping, electrical routing)
  • Knowledge of BIM 360 / ACC / BIM Collaborate or other cloud platforms
  • Basic Autodesk Civil 3D
