**Job Description**:
The Talent Acquisition Leader for APAC will lead two Talent Acquisition teams handling recruitment across North Asia, South-East Asia and Australasia. These teams are dedicated to finding talent across our Commercial and Corporate teams. In this role, you will help to build the talent and recruitment strategy for these critical areas of our business. You will be leading key Talent Acquisition initiatives and a team of high performing recruiters to deliver quality recruitment experiences and play a hands-on role in recruiting some of our senior and executive roles.
This role reports to the Global SVP of Talent Acquisition.

**Responsibilities**
- Managing and developing a high performing, mission-driven recruiting team
- Building and maintaining strong relationships, credibility & satisfaction among key stakeholders and hiring managers
- Leading day-to-day recruiting delivery to ensure that business unit requirements are being met including:
- ensuring hiring SLAs/KPIs are met at all levels
- maintaining effective reporting, data and analytics
- optimizing recruiter productivity
- effective planning and forecasting of hiring
- Leading and supporting recruiting initiatives and projects
- Building capacity and opportunity by bringing innovative ideas, recruiting techniques, and leading the change within the Talent Acquisition function
- Understanding and leveraging Talent Acquisition technology advancements to augment recruitment processes, efficiency, and ways of working
- Providing direction and consultation to the management team on strategic and emerging staffing trends
- Leading diversity initiatives in partnership with the HR team, business leaders, and NielsenIQ’s Diversity, Talent & Culture team
- Playing a hands-on role in recruiting for senior and executive roles
- Some travel may be involved, primarily domestic, to attend meetings with TA, HR and business leaders as needed
**Qualifications**
- 5+ years of management experience where you were responsible for building, developing, and retaining a high performing team of recruiters in the APAC region
- 5+ years of experience where you had to build and maintain trusted relationships among senior business leaders and key stakeholders with respect to recruiting strategies and execution
- Strong written communication skills, including presentation of management reports and ability to articulate data/metrics in a meaningful way
- Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously & adhere to deadlines
- Comfortable with ambiguity, continuous change and thrives working in a fast-paced business
