_**Role : Junior Fraud & Risk**_
- **Working Mode: Remote**_
- **Employment Type: Full-Time**_
- **Language: Mandarin & English**_
- **Working days/Hours : Mom-Fri / 8.30am - 5.30pm**_

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and analyze user behavior, transaction patterns, and account activities to detect anomalies or suspicious actions.
- Evaluate marketing strategies, promotions, and content to identify potential fraud risks or system loopholes.
- Identify and flag high-risk trends, suspicious users, or unusual traffic patterns.
- Support the team in spotting valuable customers or strategic behavior worth further engagement.
- Collaborate with other departments to escalate cases, clarify findings, and assist in fraud investigations.
- Maintain detailed documentation of findings, flagged activities, and risk recommendations.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum SPM qualifications or above.
- Proficient in English and Chinese (spoken, written, and reading).
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to behavioral patterns and anomalies.
- Able to handle sensitive data with confidentiality and precision.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Preferred age range: 21-30 years old.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or basic data tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
