**Job Title: Admin & Finance Executive (Full-Time)**

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Management**
- Maintain proper filing systems (physical & digital) for administrative records.
- Monitor staff attendance, leave records, and office supply inventory.
- Prepare and organize company letters, memos, and reports.

**Finance & Accounting Support**
- Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and payment vouchers.
- Manage petty cash and record daily transactions accurately.
- Assist with monthly financial reports and basic bookkeeping.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments and claims.

**Record Keeping & Data Entry**
- Ensure accurate entry of financial and administrative data into relevant systems.
- Support audit and financial reporting by maintaining complete documentation.
- Update and verify supplier/customer accounts and balances.

**Coordination & Liaison**
- Communicate with suppliers, clients, and relevant departments on finance matters.
- Support management in ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum Diploma** in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
- **At least 1 year** of working experience in admin and/or finance roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and basic accounting software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Trustworthy, responsible, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

**Pengenalan Pekerjaan**:
Kami sedang mencari seorang **Eksekutif Pentadbiran & Kewangan** yang bertanggungjawab dan teliti untuk mengurus tugas-tugas pentadbiran dan kewangan syarikat. Skop kerja termasuk pengurusan dokumen pejabat, penyediaan invois, rekod bayaran, serta berurusan dengan pelanggan dan pembekal. Calon mestilah mempunyai pengalaman sekurang-kurangnya 1 tahun dan mampu bekerja secara berdikari.

**Tanggungjawab Utama**:
**Pengurusan Pentadbiran**
- Mengendalikan panggilan telefon, e-mel, surat-menyurat, dan urusan pejabat harian.
- Menyusun dan menyelenggara sistem pemfailan yang teratur (fizikal & digital).
- Memantau kehadiran kakitangan, cuti, dan keperluan pejabat.
- Menyediakan surat rasmi, memo, dan laporan syarikat.

**Sokongan Kewangan & Perakaunan**
- Menyediakan dan memproses invois, pesanan pembelian, dan baucar pembayaran.
- Mengurus tunai kecil dan merekod transaksi harian dengan tepat.
- Membantu dalam penyediaan laporan kewangan bulanan dan rekod perakaunan asas.
- Memantau dan membuat susulan terhadap pembayaran masuk dan tuntutan.

**Penyimpanan Rekod & Input Data**
- Memastikan kemasukan data kewangan dan pentadbiran yang tepat ke dalam sistem.
- Menyediakan dokumentasi lengkap untuk keperluan audit dan laporan.
- Mengemas kini maklumat akaun pembekal/pelanggan secara berkala.

**Koordinasi & Perhubungan**
- Berkomunikasi dengan pembekal, pelanggan dan jabatan berkaitan hal kewangan.
- Menyokong pengurusan dalam kelancaran operasi harian syarikat.
- Menjaga kerahsiaan dan keselamatan maklumat syarikat.

**Syarat Kelayakan**:

- **Minimum Diploma** dalam bidang Perakaunan, Pentadbiran Perniagaan atau setaraf.
- **Sekurang-kurangnya 1 tahun pengalaman** kerja dalam bidang pentadbiran dan/atau kewangan.
- Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Office (terutamanya Excel) dan perisian akaun asas.
- Mempunyai kemahiran organisasi dan pengurusan masa yang baik.
- Amanah, bertanggungjawab, dan mampu bekerja secara berdikari.
- Mempunyai kemahiran komunikasi dan kerjasama yang baik.

**Gaji**: RM1,700 - RM3,000 sebulan
