About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile Finance cum E-Commerce Admin to join our growing team. This role combines financial administrative duties with day-to-day e-commerce operations. You will be responsible for managing financial records, handling transactions, Account Payable & receivables, and supporting the e-commerce team with inventory, order processing, and platform maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Finance Administration
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
  • Assist in accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in budgeting
  • Handle petty cash claims and staff expense reimbursements
  • Liaise with external accountants and auditors when necessary
  • E-Commerce Administration
  • Process online orders and coordinate with logistics for timely delivery
  • Handle customer inquiries related to online purchases

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar role preferred
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and accounting software (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

  • Experience with platforms like Shopify, Shopee, or Lazada
  • Knowledge of basic digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
  • Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment
