**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Recruit New Dealers**
- Identify and approach potential dealers through online research, referrals, or field scouting.
- Present Mr. Absorber’s dealer program, product range, and brand benefits.
- Assist with dealer registration, documentation, and activation process.

**2. Handle Existing Dealer Accounts**
- Regularly follow up with active dealers for restocks, order planning, and general support.
- Be responsive via calls, WhatsApp, or face-to-face engagement.
- Ensure dealers feel valued and supported in growing their sales.

**3. Achieve Sales Targets**
- Execute dealer-focused sales activities to meet monthly/quarterly targets.
- Identify high-potential dealers and work with them to increase order volume.
- Recommend product bundles or promos to help boost dealer sales.

**4. Process Orders & Track Delivery**
- Assist dealers with order placement, payment, and delivery status.
- Liaise with the internal team to ensure smooth and timely fulfilment.
- Handle any issues related to wrong items, stock delays, or product concerns.

**5. Dealer Site Visits**
- Conduct regular field visits to dealer shops/outlets.
- Review product display, branding visibility, and overall engagement.
- Collect on-ground feedback directly from dealers.

**6. Product Info & Support**
- Keep dealers updated on new arrivals, pricing changes, or limited stock items.
- Provide marketing materials like catalogues or brochures when needed.
- Offer basic product guidance, or link to technical team when necessary.

**7. Reporting & Records**
- Maintain an updated database of dealer contacts and engagement activities.
- Submit weekly or monthly reports on sales performance and dealer coverage.
- Highlight potential issues or feedback gathered from the field.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum qualification**: Diploma in any field.
- At least **1 year of experience** in sales or dealer handling (preferably B2B).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills - **people person**.
- Able to work independently, self-motivated, and target-driven.
- Must possess own transport and valid driving license.
- Willing to travel regularly for dealer visits and follow-ups.
- Knowledge of automotive or aftermarket parts is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
