Track, report, and analyze website analytics, initiatives and campaigns.
- Optimize copy and landing pages for both website and search engine marketing.
- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization.
- Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations.
- Competitor research such as advertising links and other best practices.
- Develop and implement link building strategy - E.g. Backlinks.
- Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code.
- Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming.
- Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
- Experience in planning or actively involved in the development and execution of SEO strategies.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3-5 years’ experience in SEO marketing with a bachelor’s degree in marketing or similar field.
- Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles with SEO and marketing best practices.
- Experience with SEO tools such as SEMRush, Ahrefs, GA4 etc.
- Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods.
- Good understanding of various marketing KPIs and web analytics.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn complex ideas into engaging and accessible content.
- Team player with great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, entrepreneurial, high-energy environment that requires the ability to multi-task and implement high priority initiatives.
- Has industry experience in brokerage / gaming is a plus.
