**Responsibilities**
- Provide administration support to maintain a smooth running of the office
- Attending to all incoming and outgoing calls.
- Attending to internal or external correspondences / documents and distribute them accordingly
- Attending to guests / visitors
- Filing and maintaining of documents
- To perform dictation /drafting /typing of letters
- Performing Bahasa/English translation and vice versa
- Photocopy machine maintenance call and follow up
- To set up zoom ID for meetings
- Responsible to source, analyze and negotiation with suppliers and vendors
- Preparing of quotation comparison, recommendations of Management’s approval
- Raising of PRF (Purchase of Requisition Form and Payment Requisition Form)
- Monitoring goods delivered
- Monitoring invoices and execution of payment for suppliers
- To be responsible of all monthly bills according to due dates
- Preparing staff meeting, board meeting refreshments
- Monitoring cleaners duties and responsibilities
- Renewal of annual membership
- To perform daily test on air-condition
- To perform daily routine checks on all floors, for all items, air-cond, bulb, leakings and others.
- To perform rectification works
- contact vendors, obtain quotation, do comparison, obtain approval and perform repair
- Monitoring and coordinating office maintenance works
- Servicing of platform lift (service per quarterly)
- Weekly maintenance and monitoring of CCTV
- Monitoring of pest control schedules
- To ensure all defects complaints and others are attended to promptly and efficiently
- Store Management
- Ensure safety and security measures are effectively surveillance.
- To perform daily routine checks on all areas, house, garage, fish pond, for all items, air-cond, bulb, leakings and others.
- To perform rectification works
- contact vendors, obtain quotation, do comparison, obtain approval and perform repair.
- Liaison with Government Bodies (Immigration/KDN/Embassy/MyEG/MOF)
- Other duties as and when directed

**Qualification**
- Degree ,Diploma in business administration, facility management, electrical or a related field preferred.
- A minimum 2 years of experience in administrating the maintenance department
- Execute activities and responsibilities in accordance with Quality Management Systems, know the policies and documents.
- Ability to work independently with little instruction, take initiative, and utilize creative problem solving.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software.
- Ability to multitask.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
