We are Honda 4S Dealer located in USJ, Subang Jaya and seek dedicated Part controller. You will be required to:

- Coordinate all storage activities to ensure parts operation performance achieving the target given by principal.
- Handle documentation and filling system.
- Follow up with Honda Malaysia with back order status.
- Assist in the inventory control and storage activities such as plan service parts order, checking inventory level, update record, prepare report required by the principal and filing.
- Responsible for receiving and storage operation as well as ensuring integrity of stock inventory.
- Ensure parts storage maintenance, cleanliness, safety and housekeeping (5S) Conduct parts ordering based on Parts Ordering Tracking Sheet(POTS) and regularly update to Service Advisor upon parts arrival.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Sijil Pendidikan Malaysia (SPM)
- IT literate.
- Proficient in Business & Office applicant.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Excel is a must.
- Possess good written & communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to work in team.

**Working Hours**:

- Monday to Saturday - 8.30am to 5.00pm

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
