We're looking for a dynamic **Sales Representative** to help us grow the game of pickleball and drive sales across the Malaysian market.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Sales & Negotiation Skills**:

- Drive end-to-end sales processes including prospecting, lead generation, proposal development, and closing deals.
- Upsell and cross-sell products based on client needs.

**Communication Skills**:

- Deliver compelling product presentations and proposals to potential partners.
- Communicate clearly and confidently to address client inquiries and resolve objections.
- Prepare sales materials and reports with professionalism.

**Client Management**:

- Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, distributors, and retail partners.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand customer engagement.

**Reporting & Analysis**:

- Maintain accurate CRM records of sales calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Submit regular sales reports against KPIs (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
- Share market insights with internal teams (marketing, product development, operations).

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to align promotions and sales campaigns.
- Partner with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Provide product feedback to development teams based on customer input.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Few years experience as a Sales representative or in a similar role in sports or retail.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia is required.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Goal-oriented, resilient, and driven by results.
- Passionate about pickleball and sport.
