SAP Functional Lead

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- As the SAP Functional Lead for one or more of the following modules**:SD, MM, PP, PM, QM, BPC, S&OP, Integration**.
- Lead, drive and manage the module or business area under your responsibility throughout the project lifecycle encompassing key phases of requirement gathering, detailed design, development, testing, change management, deployment and hypercare support.
- Work closely and establish productive working relationship with both internal (e.g. end user, super user, management) and external team members (e.g. partner vendor).
- Collaborate with users and vendor to gather, define and analyse business requirements and business processes with aim for standardization and a uniform solution across entities.
- Propose, review and/or constructively challenge design, solution and/or strategy paper to assure quality and in alignment with Company's solution standards and directions.
- Participate in the testing phase to ensure quality deliverables and guide/support the users during the UAT.
- Support and be directly involved in change management activities (e.g. training, briefing, close support) to ensure a smooth transition for the end users to the new ways of working.
- Lead, drive and support data definition and data migration activities (e.g. extraction, cleansing, transformation, loading, reconciliation).
- Perform deployment and cutover and thereafter provide hypercare support.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 10 years of hands-on SAP experience in one or more of the following modules**:SD, MM, PP, PM, QM, BPC, S&OP, Integration.**:

- Advantageous to have experience and exposure to project management to deliver successful SAP implementation.
- Advantageous to have experience in fast moving consumer good (FMCG) industry.
- Proven extensive experience managing multiple partner vendors located in a geographically diverse location to deliver results.
- Demonstrate experience being an SAP Functional SME or leading an SAP team to deliver solution in a mid to large project implementation settings.
- Intermediate to expert fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Basic fluency in spoken Bahasa Melayu.
- Preferably to have 5+ full SAP or equivalent ERP project lifecycle implementation.
- Preferably certified in SAP module of your expertise.
- Preferably certified in PMP or equivalence.

**Salary**: RM10,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
