**MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Lead the Recruitment team and ensure targets and timelines are met for both volume as well as niche hires.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the business, hiring manager needs and specific talent pools.
- Work with the key stakeholders to advise on the future direction of talent acquisition, giving key input on budgets, strategies and timelines.
- Cover the end to end recruitment process which includes contractual agreements, working with local legislations on expat hiring process, onboarding, document collection as well as employer branding initiatives.
- Work closely with local universities and collaborate on internship opportunities.
- Provide general training and direction related to a talent acquisition process or system for HR professionals as well as hiring managers within the business.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.

**REQUIREMENT**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar recruitment role with exposure in Telecommunication and Technology industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Attention to detail and strong decision-making skills.
- Strong command of English & Malay.
- Experience in using various interviewing methods and assessment tools to select the right talent for vacant positions

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
