- Ensure timeliness of report submission for daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports as promised to the client.
- Helping the Executive to reduce errors and minimize differences, especially in payment-related administration documenting and managing the customization process.
- Purchase items that repair vehicles and record in stock.
- Prepare report, payment, letter issuance and administration documentation of all clients.

**Job Requirements (Male)**
- Good spoken and written communication skills are necessary for daily contact with customers, providers and inter-offices.
- Diploma/Degree in Admin Administrative or related field.
- Knowledge in transportation and logistic added advantage
