At Intel, the International Trade Group (ITG), Trade Execution Excellence (TEE) Analyst is responsible for executing the trade compliance solutions to keep Intel's internal and external business running by ensuring timely and accurate compliance review and disposition of cross-border requests. As part of the continuous improvement program, Trade Analysts would leverage data analytics to drive new opportunities, trends, and improvements to existing controls of designated tasks. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Execute daily operation tasks of the designated functional stream to ensure smooth cross-border activities globally. Determine Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) classification for shipments of capital equipment, spares, chemicals, etc. Determine Export Classification Control Number and Export License for shipments. Perform sanctioned/denied/restricted party screening. Implements and improves standard operating procedures. Troubleshoots and resolves specific cross-border trade compliance exceptions and issues. Identify and communicate to concerned parties the execution gaps, challenges, risks, trends, and opportunities.

**Working Model**:
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. **In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.**
