DETAILED DESCRIPTION
- Drive, Prepare and Implement Labour & Ethics Risk Management Plan which is of moderate complexity.
- Manage for the execution of audits and educate the site with regards to latest compliance standards
- Has in-depth knowledge in own discipline to Review & Update on site procedure incorporating labour & ethics compliance
- Adapts plans within the Department, and recommends solutions/best practices indirectly working along with stakeholders on the ethics & labour governance to ensure awareness & compliance to regulatory bodies.
- To propose corrective action and preventive actions for continuous improvements
- Counsel management on policy interpretations including any potential risk and advise and investigate with approriate resolution with consenses and discussion with superior and stakeholders to drive ethics & labour compliance.
