**Responsibilities**
- Assisting in assessing feasibility of a new product which includes performing market research and analysis, cost-benefit analysis for management decision;
- Drafting fund documentation including proposal papers, offering documents, product highlights sheets, submission pack to regulator, fund related communication to investors and any other relevant fund documentation;
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders towards achieving a common objective of developing new products/ enhancement of existing products
- Coordinate and arrange for unitholders’ meeting, for implementing changes to existing products/ fund rationalisation initiatives;
- Preparation of reporting for management and distribution channels;
- Ensure regulatory requirements and internal policies are complied with within the department; and
- Attend to ad-hoc requests by the company from time-to-time.

**We are looking for someone with**:

- A degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related fields
- Minimum 2 years of experience in asset management industry is preferred
- Result-oriented team player with a focus on accuracy and pro-active attitude
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
