Manager, Product Implementation
- Manage the product implementation process (including Day 2 items) through the Product Working Group (PWG) to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Review and maintain PWG Terms of Reference and Delivery Plan to ensure robustness in meeting product development needs and delivering a good customer experience.
- Provide guidance to the Product team and PWG throughout the product implementation process. This includes understanding product intent and requirements, finding optimal solutions, managing complexity and competing priorities, and effectively managing UAT and deployment.
- Co-chair IT clarification sessions to discuss critical issues and identify opportunities to enhance product implementation capability and capacity for quicker time-to-market and innovative product features.
- Participate in Company-wide projects (where appropriate), especially system-related projects, and provide insights/ideas to close gaps, manage pipelines, and improve product implementation capability.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and Shariah requirements, industry standards related to product implementation, and company-wide policies.
- Build, develop, and lead a high-performing, competent, and engaged team to meet business objectives.

**Job Specification**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5-8 years in the insurance/Takaful domain, preferably with work experience in product development/operations-related functions.
- Demonstrates a working understanding of insurance/Takaful products and the implementation process.
- Independently executes assigned deliverables from the implementation plan.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to work well with colleagues at various levels. A self-starter who can work independently and
