Job description:
The role is responsible for delivering professional, timely, end-to-end customer service and sales coordination. This includes managing and coordinating administrative and sales tasks while responding to inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders to enhance the operational and sales effectiveness. The ultimate goal is to deliver outstanding, on-time outcomes for our customers.

Key responsibilities span across shipping and freight, purchasing, accounts receivable, account management, administration, and compliance. Additionally, the role focuses on providing value-added support and guidance on marketing and product services to assist the sales team.

Requirement:

- Bachelor’s Degree in business (Management) or equivalent with a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in similar key strategic roles; customer service, administration and/or sales coordination.
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Teams).
- MYOB Accounting, ACT (CRM database), Adobe products, Publisher or similar.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
