ABOUT US
We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Customer Service Coordinator to join our team, based in Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam supporting operations for Mega Fortris New Zealand and Mega Fortris Australia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with various production teams, coordinating freight logistics, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service experiences. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Production – Freight Logistics
- Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries, primarily relating to client samples, customized orders in production and freight logistics.
- Providing timely and accurate information, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Liaise with MF Malaysia marketing ensuring MFNZ (Mega Fortris New Zealand) is fully abreast with updated products and certifications.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales, logistics, and technical support) to facilitate efficient resolution of customer issues and MFNZ education.
- Schedule and manage customer appointments, follow-ups, and service of deliveries as required.
Client Accounts Payable - Accounting Software
- Become educated with the MFNZ Reckon Quick Books accounting software.
- Accounts Payable – Monitor and follow up with clients outstanding payments.
- Liaise bad paying clients to MFNZ management.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and report feedback at MFNZ weekly video meetings.
- Prepare reports on customer service metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement.
Sales/Marketing & Website
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Mega Fortris Website developers and Mega Fortris Marketing departments.
- Designed the poster or brochure.
- Preparing simple mockup / design layout for website.
- Be responsible for the upkeep of the MFNZ website.
- Work with MF Marketing to help design and implement marketing concepts with MFNZ sales staff.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Degree in Business Administration Management or any other related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years in relevant working experience in similar key strategi roles; customer service, administration or sales coordination.
- Strong communication skills, analytical skills, team oriented.
- Microsoft proficiency (Words, Excel, Power Point, Teams, Outlook)
- Experienced in Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator / InDesign
