About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team at ARI-ARMATUREN SDN. BHD. in Kota Kemuning, Selangor. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring the smooth coordination of sales activities.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing administrative support to the sales team, including managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records
  2. Assisting with the preparation of sales-related documents
  3. Coordinating with internal departments, such as logistics and accounting, to ensure the timely delivery of products and services to customers
  4. Monitoring and following up on outstanding orders and customer requests
  5. Providing regular sales reports and updates to the management team
  6. Identifying and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise during the sales process
  7. Contributing to the development and implementation of sales strategies and best practices

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 years of experience in a sales coordination or administrative role, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing industry
  2. Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software
  5. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  6. Proactive and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
