**Job Summary**:
1. Assist in the planning and execution of employee engagement programs and initiatives

2. Assist in gathering feedback/survey to improve engagement activities

3. Assist in tracking ad analyzing key metrics related to engagement

4. Participate in brinstorming sessions to develop new ideas and strategies for enhancing the employee experience

**Accountability for Intern, Employee Engagement**:

- Accountable for the successful implementation of engagement programs and initiatives
- Responsible for fostering a positive and inclusive environment
- Collaborate with HR and other teams to address any issues or concerns raised by employees
- Accountable for the timely collection and analysis of feedback/survey
- Help maintain and update communication channels, ensuring they are up-to-date and engaging
- Work with mentors and supervisors to address any challenges or barriers faced by employees
- Provide regular reports on engagement metrics and progress

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: RM700.00 - RM850.00 per month
