Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Intern for a full-time, on-site role in Kuala Lumpur. The intern will assist with various HR activities, including drafting and implementing HR policies, supporting personnel management, helping with employee benefits programs, and maintaining HR documentation. Additional tasks include assisting with recruitment processes, employee record management, and other HR administrative functions as needed.
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of Human Resources (HR) operations and HR management practices.
- Familiarity with HR policies and frameworks, including employment compliance.
- Understanding of employee benefits administration and personnel management practices.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other HR-related tools.
- Experience or interest in the fintech or payroll sector is a plus.
