Job Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and organizing internal Employee Engagement (EE) events, such as festive celebrations and CSR projects, including pre-event coordination, vendor management, logistics, and on-site execution.
- Support communication with employees to coordinate training schedules and internal event arrangements.
- Assist in preparing training and engagement materials, and tracking attendance.
- Assist in daily administrative tasks related to Training & Development (T&D) activities, including training registration, record maintenance, and HRDC training grant applications and submissions.
- Collect feedback related to EE initiatives to identify areas for improvement and ensure alignment with development objectives.
- Provide support for ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing or possess a Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Development/ Management or any related discipline.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to interact with people at different levels and work cohesively in team setting.
- Eager to learn, proactive, and adaptable to new challenges and environments.
- Preferred internship placement starting from December 2025 onwards, with a minimum duration of 3 months.
