Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and organizing internal Employee Engagement (EE) events, such as festive celebrations and CSR projects, including pre-event coordination, vendor management, logistics, and on-site execution.
  • Support communication with employees to coordinate training schedules and internal event arrangements.
  • Assist in preparing training and engagement materials, and tracking attendance.
  • Assist in daily administrative tasks related to Training & Development (T&D) activities, including training registration, record maintenance, and HRDC training grant applications and submissions.
  • Collect feedback related to EE initiatives to identify areas for improvement and ensure alignment with development objectives.
  • Provide support for ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or possess a Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Development/ Management or any related discipline.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to interact with people at different levels and work cohesively in team setting.
  • Eager to learn, proactive, and adaptable to new challenges and environments.
  • Preferred internship placement starting from December 2025 onwards, with a minimum duration of 3 months.
