Job responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation financial reports and statements (e.g., balance sheets, income statements)
- Ensures Purchase Orders, receiving DO and Invoices are matched
- Help maintain journal and general ledger entries.
- To assist in daily accounting tasks and ensure all tasks are perform efficiently and effectively to meet datelines.
- Assist with filing, data entry, recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records.
- Record the transactions of all business activities that occur using the SQL Accounting System software system
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Independent, with good interpersonal skills able to communicate with all level employees
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, presentation slide, SQL
- Aptitude for math, proficiency with computers.

Office Hour:
8.30 AM - 5.30 PM

Monday - Friday

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: RM500 - RM1,000.00 per month (depends on CGPA)

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus & attendance allowance

Pay: RM500.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
