We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Administration Intern to support our team and gain valuable experience in a professional setting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, documentation, and maintaining organized records.
- Support operations in HR, finance, and procurement activities.
- Help coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.
- Manage warehouse operations, including inventory tracking, stock organization, and conducting regular audits.
- Support daily logistics tasks, such as coordinating shipping schedules, processing orders, and tracking deliveries.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals as needed.
- Conduct research and analysis to aid in business planning and decision-making.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth workflows and effective communication.
- Handle ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in [Insert Language(s), e.g., English and Malay].
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
