Position Overview:

The Business Administrator is responsible for managing daily administrative operations, supporting management, and ensuring smooth workflow across departments. This role involves handling documentation, coordinating schedules, assisting in HR and finance tasks, and maintaining effective communication within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, records, and filing systems.
  • Assist in HR functions including recruitment, staff onboarding, attendance monitoring, and leave records.
  • Support finance tasks such as invoice processing, payment tracking, and basic bookkeeping.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, travel arrangements, and company events.
  • Communicate with internal departments and external stakeholders professionally.
  • Manage office supplies, assets, and procurement activities.
  • Draft letters, emails, and reports as required by management.
  • Implement and improve administrative procedures to increase efficiency.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.

Requirements:

  • Experience in administrative or office management roles is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills in English and Malay.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management abilities.
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment.
