  • Minimum 10 years' experience in the pole industry (stadium high masts, flag poles, monopoles, 5G communication poles, and decorative poles or related).
  • Required skills strong in the MS Tower/Open Tower (v10.0), Bentley STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAP 2000 & Solidworks, Auto CAD.
  • Strong knowledge of production workflows and technical expertise in pole manufacturing.
  • Proven track record in senior management or general management roles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Required candidate who is able to communicate in Mandarin as you will be liaising with customers & vendors who are Mandarin speakers.
