Job Responsibilities:

- Assist in data entry and daily bookkeeping activities (AP/AR/GL)
- Handle invoice processing and staff claims
- Prepare payment vouchers and cheques
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts
- Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and records
- Liaise with vendors, auditors, and internal departments when necessary
- Support other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Finance Manager

Job Requirements:

- Diploma or LCCI in Accounting or equivalent qualification
- 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience (fresh grads welcome for junior roles)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
