Admin Assistant

We are looking for a **fresh graduate** to join our team as an **Admin Assistant** in the **security services industry**. You will be supporting administrative functions across key departments such as **Operations**, **Tender**, and **Accounts**, specifically related to security personnel and government security contracts. **Training will be provided**, and this role offers a valuable opportunity to build experience in a dynamic and regulated industry.
1. **Administrative Support (Bahagian Pentadbiran)**
- Assist in preparing letters and documentation (reminders, warnings, show cause letters, etc.)
- Help with the preparation of appointment letters for security personnel
- Support in coordinating training (CSG) for security personnel
- Assist in preparing HRDF claims
- Help manage insurance bonds and project guarantees
- Assist with ISO 9001:2015 documentation
- Support license renewal processes (KDN & PIKM)
- Maintain personal files for security staff
- Update and record security guards' leave
- Assist in compiling monthly timesheets and rosters
- Support payroll document preparation for security guards
- Submit daily reports
- General filing and record-keeping
2. **Tender Department**
- Assist in tracking government security tenders from platforms like E-Perolehan, Tender2U, SAP Ariba, etc.
- Record tender offers and submissions
- Help prepare weekly tender activity reports
- Assist in preparing tender documents
- Monitor expiry of certificates (MOF & Bumiputera)
- Help update tender files
- Attend tender briefings or site visits (if required)
3. **Accounts Department Support**
- Assist in monthly invoice preparation
- Help update billing and payment records
- Ensure customer contracts are up to date
- Help with other account-related tasks
**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Business Admin / Management / Accounting or related field
- Willing to learn, organized, and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel)
Pay: RM1,209.91 - RM2,200.00 per month
