**Main Task**

Assist Warehouse & Distirbution Manager to manage and oversee all aspects of warehouse operations and distribution of goods, including managing people, processes and systems to ensure optimal efficiency and KPI targets are met.
- Assist to oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing and distributing goods.
- Ensure that inventory is managed effectively and accurately using designated system.
- Assist to implement and manage operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and manage warehouse capacity to ensure that space is optimized for storage.
- Assist to coordinate and manage the transportation and distribution of goods to ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and standards.
- Assist to develop and implement inventory control systems to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to verify stock levels and address discrepancies.
- Lead, mentor and develop the warehouse and distribution team, ensuring that staff are trained, motivated and performing at their best.
- Ensure that the warehouse operates in compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Monitor expenditures and manage operational costs to meet budgetary requirements.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management for improving warehouse an distribution operations.
- Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management.

**Requirements**:

- Degree holder in logistics, supply chain management, business administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in warehouse management, distribution or logistics.
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS), other relevant software and MS Office is an added advantage.
- Experience in leading and managing teams with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs
