Job Title: Admin Assistant cum HR

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping.
- Maintain and organize HR files and employee records.
- Assist in processing payroll and ensuring accuracy in calculations and documentation.
- Support recruitment processes, onboarding, and other HR-related activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
- Monitor office supplies and handle procurement as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to the Manager and HR team.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in administration and HR support roles.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and work independently under mínimal supervision.

Working Hours:
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Saturday 9am - 1pm

**Salary**: 1800 - 3000

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
