Established in 1961, Malayan Flour Mills Berhad (MFM) is the pioneer in the flour milling industry in Malaysia. **Job Description**:

- **
Company & Group Reporting**
Prepare timely and accurate consolidated financial statements, financial reports and any other information for management, shareholders, regulatory bodies and other stakeholders in the form and content required by them.
- ** Statutory and Regulatory Compliance**
Analyse, interpret and assist to disseminate various accounting standards, statutory and other regulatory obligations and to ensure compliance across the Group's business.
- ** Financial Analysis**
Perform detailed quantitative analysis of existing business segment activities by incorporating variance analysis, historic, trend analysis, KPI or generating business specific reporting to assist management make informed business decisions. Perform periodic analysis and benchmarking against competitors’ performance.
- ** Budgetary Controls**
Monitor, coordinate and prepare the Group’s annual budget and forecast by liaising with Finance Managers, compiling returns submitted by them and assessing them.
- ** Internal Controls**
Identify, resolve issues and assist Accountant to drive development, implementation and maintenance of relevant group requirements such as reporting, accounting systems, processes, policies and best practices.
- ** MIS**
Participate in Management Information projects, be proactive in identifying and promoting improvement opportunities in reporting process and systems and is responsible to troubleshoot any issues arising there from.
- ** Treasury Management**
Assist in reporting, reviewing the Group’s daily cash position and initiate placement of surplus funds.
- ** External Relations**
Liaise with the tax agents and external auditors for the Group’s tax and audit issues.
- Perform any other task and assignments as directed by the Management from time to time.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in group reporting/consolidation & KLSE Bursa reporting experiences.
