ob Description
You will be part of the Human Relations (HR) team and closely work with the team on end-to-end HR processes
Recruitment
- Review and implement continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
Onboarding
- Plan and execute onboarding process for new hires/transferees.
- Support documentation process including employee filing.
Employee Engagement
- Organize engagement & communication events at workplace
- Support in reward & recognition initiatives
HR Projects:
Lean HR Processes
- Support with creation & documentation of HR processes and associated procedures involving the various stakeholders such as HRBPs, C&B, TMOD, HR Ops Center and the business.
**Profile**:
- Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
- Proficiency in English language
- Good communication skills
- Eager to learn new things & result orientation
- Preferred 6 months availability or more
- Advanced/ final stage of study period
