**HR Services Internship - Your new role?**
- As a HR Services intern, your role is to provide day-to-day service support as part of the GBS HR Solutions optimization team - focusing on Advisor support via administration. In this role, you will be reporting to the HR Services Manager and will be based in our Petaling Jaya office.

**Key Requirements**:

- You will work together with HR advisors in order to support the administrative activities related to onboarding and employee administration
- You will send out reminders and follow up on pending activities
- Manual data entries into theHR system
- Easy cases handling
- Generate report and bi-monthly insurance registration

**Your professional profile includes**:

- Diploma or Degree: Ongoing college or University studies (preferably in Business Administration/ HR)
- Able to carry out internship for a duration of 3-6 months
- Languages: Fluent English, and Mandarin is a plus- LI-Y
