Customer Service Executive

**Requirements**:
- At least 2 - 3 years of working experience in Third Party Administration (TPA)/Insurance Industry and Hospitality Industry
- Willingness to work late/on shift as or when required
- Able to communicate well in both English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Posses own transport
**Responsibilities**:
- Assess the Admission/Discharge case accordance to the Insurance's policy terms and conditions
- Ensure all the documents received are complete with info that is required for the Guarantee Letter (GL) issue
- Follow up with hospital/sender on documents/reports were incomplete

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
