Position: Executive, Customer Experience
Location: Bandar Utama
Overview:
This role focuses on providing excellent customer service through inbound & outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, and promoting financial and insurance products. You'll also support administrative tasks and contribute to improving overall customer satisfaction.
Key Points:
- Manage inbound/outbound calls professionally
- Handle complaints and provide quick resolutions
- Support telesales for auto & credit life insurance products
- Promote Connect App to customers
- Perform administrative tasks and assist team members when needed
Ideal Candidate:
- Min Diploma/Degree in any field
- 1+ year experience in customer service
- Good in multitasking, communication & teamwork
- Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
