**Job Scope**:
- Respond to online platform, calls, SMS etc
- Salesforce CRM System and maintain database
- Appointment scheduling
- Follow up with patients
**Requirements**:
- At least a Diploma
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Must be able to **READ & TYPE in MANDARIN, ENGLISH & BM** as the position
- needs to deal with Live Chat inquiries
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
