Store Admin

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide support for store activities or warehouse operations.
- Coordinate with suppliers, dealers, and co-workers.
- Conducts stock checking on incoming and outgoing deliveries
- Liaise with admin staff and co-workers on orders, deliveries, complaints, and other related matters.
- Prepare documentation accurately, such as Delivery Order, Good Return Note, etc.
- Assist in the stock count exercise as required.
- Perform all other duties assigned by the superior.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
**Skills and Qualifications**
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Knowledge of customer service techniques to provide an excellent shopping experience
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with the store staff and management
**Working Hour**
- Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sun: Shift-based, either 10 AM - 6:30 PM or 1:30 PM - 10 PM (1-day off per week)
- Sat - Full Shift
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
Schedule:
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Weekend jobs
Supplemental Pay:
- Overtime pay
Work Location: In person
