**Greeting Clients**: Warmly welcome clients as they enter the studio, creating a friendly and positive first impression.
- **Handling New Clients**: Provide information to new clients, including explaining membership options, class offerings, and studio policies.
- **Assisting with Bookings**: Help clients book, reschedule, or cancel classes, workshops, or private sessions. Ensure the booking system is up to date.
- **Scheduling**: Manage the studio's calendar, ensuring accurate class schedules, instructor availability, and session bookings.
- **Data Entry**: Input and maintain client information, membership details, and class attendance records into the studio's management system.
- **Billing & Payments**: Handle payments for classes, memberships, and products (if applicable), ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- **Invoicing**: Issue and track invoices for clients, managing billing queries or discrepancies.
- **Prepare Studio**: Set up the studio before classes by ensuring all equipment is properly arranged and ready for use.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor and restock studio supplies, such as Pilates props, towels, and cleaning materials.
- **Track Attendance**: Monitor client attendance and proactively follow up with clients who haven't attended in a while or may need encouragement.
- **Promotions & Upselling**: Inform clients about upcoming workshops, special events, and promotions. Upsell memberships or packages when appropriate.
- **Client Feedback**: Encourage and collect feedback from clients about their experiences at the studio, helping to improve services.
- **Support Instructors**: Coordinate with Pilates instructors to confirm class schedules, assist with client issues, and ensure smooth class transitions.
- **Team Coordination**: Work closely with other receptionists and management to address issues and improve the overall studio experience for clients.
- **Ad-hoc Tasks**: Assist with other duties as needed, such as setting up for special classes, supporting the studio owner/manager with administrative tasks, or troubleshooting any technical issues.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Early shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Rotational shift
- Weekend jobs

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bangsar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- receptionist: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English and Bahasa Malaysia (preferred)
