**Job Summary**:
Training Executive / Training Assistant will oversee the coordination, logistics, and administrative support for employee development and training programs. Your efforts will help ensure training initiatives run smoothly, effectively, and in alignment with organizational goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Main in-charge of Online Audit through CCTV LIVE monitoring scanning for anomalies, suspicious activities, or deviations from standard operating procedures according to audit checklist provided.
- Communicate observations effectively to operational teams include trainers, respective Senior GM/Operations Manager as needed.
- Prepare structured reports (e.g., daily logs, monthly summaries) summarizing outlet compliance, recurring issues, or trends.
- In-charge of administrative work which inclusive of but not limited to HRDC submission or claim, tools needed for new outlet opening, training planner etc.
- To be the training facilitator to help to prepare sufficient training materials or set up training venue to ensure smooth training flow when needed.
- To assist to build training material when needed which inclusive of but not limited to video editing, update operations manuals etc.
- To assist to maintain online learning platform include to ensure material is updated from time to time for outlet team reference.
- To support outlet operations as when needed.

**Requirements**:

- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel when needed.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
