Team leader role responsible for overseeing New-to-Bank Credit Cards & unsecured personal loan acquisitions digital platforms and acquisition programs in support of Acquisition goals: - **Acquisition Program Management: - ** - Manage all NTB cards acquisition customer programs & tactical offers and overall channel strategy | Planning, execution, fulfillment, customer complaints and optimization - Manage overall acquisition budgets covering Advertising and Marketing and contra-revenue lines | Participate in securing funding from regional and external partners | Key liaison with stakeholders and external partners for acquisition-related matters and reporting - Lead special client onboarding projects that help with improving NTB customers’ experience. Provides support for sales processes and digitization efforts to improve efficiency - Analyzes data trends and supports sales teams by providing insights into acquisition customer segmentation, approval rates for efficiency gains & overall improvement **Acquisition Digital Platforms & Project Management: - ** - Manage Digital Acquisition platforms (Self-serve and sales-assisted) | Regional & local projects, enhancements, monthly releases (regression testing) - Manage and support Face-to-Face (Direct Sales) equipment and processes (EPF Handheld, iPad devices, printers | documentation), and is key liaison with external partners for third-party service engagements - Responsible for leading any special projects related to acquisitions | Coordinate & support other project implementations from product teams **Responsibilities**: - Work closely with technology, delivery and marketing teams working in an agile fashion to deliver new mobile products to market - Collaborate with Technology, Digital Bank, Marketing and Finance to provide support in the development of mobile strategies. - Provide hands-on project management to lead the design, development and deployment of mobile and online banking solutions. - Assess technology trends, competitive landscape and customer device behavior and analytical trends to inform and track the best way of meeting customer needs and driving customer digital adoption and overall customer satisfaction - Manage a business development team **Qualifications**: - 6-10 years relevant experience - Bachelor’s Degree; major in engineering or technology preferred - Masters with emphasis in Strategy, Technology and/or processes preferred. - Working effectively with leaders, peers and external entities - Excellent communication skills - Analytical skills - Understanding of mobile technology, Technical knowledge of Android and iOS operating systems and APIs., Project Management Certificate - High energy, positive “can-do” attitude, and results driven. - Highly motivated self-started.
