An exceptional **Business Analyst** with an aptitude for **business requirement gathering**, **great communication skills** with business stakeholders with the client and the internal delivery team, **good expectation management, task delegation** with the team, **documentation,** and **establishing efficient workflow**. The Business Analyst is also required **to capture business opportunities, gaps & improvement areas in the business processes.**

**Work with the team **to **brainstorm** and **propose ways to close the gap**, such as **improving public safety, reducing operation** & **capital costs**, **saving precious human time** on **internal work processes, saving time for the end users** and **improving customer experience. **The role is also key to generating revenue for the company. **Compensation & Incentives**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Capture and document requirements from stakeholders to develop a comprehensive Business Requirements Document (BRD).
- Analyze and propose solutions that align with stakeholder needs and company objectives.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, developers, and project managers to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions, workshops, or meetings with stakeholders and ensure all details are accurately documented.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to define project scope and objectives, and UI/UX
- Designers to come up with designs and visualizations of the desired product or outcome that meets the business needs.
- Collaborate with other roles such as Project Managers, Developers, Quality Assurance team (during Unit Testing, System Integration Test, User Acceptance Test, Regression Test) to ensure that the solution being built is in accordance with the business requirements
- Work with Project Coordinators to track the team’s progress, manage own project tasks, and attach proof of tasks done to be acknowledged.

**Desired Skills & Experience**:

- **3-5 years** of **experience in a Business Analyst role**, **preferably within the IT **or **Energy/Utilities sector**:

- **Proven track record of successfully capturing and documenting** detailed business requirements.
- **Strong analytical skills** with the **ability to propose impactful solutions.**:

- **Exceptional communication **and **interpersonal skills** to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- **Experience working with cross-functional teams** in a collaborative environment.
- **Proficiency **in utilizing tools for **task tracking, time management, and documentation.**:

- **Familiarity with agile methodologies **and **project management frameworks.**:

- Detail-oriented with a dedication to excellence and high standards.
