**Objective**:
The Logistic Assistant is responsible for receiving, checking, counting, storing, picking, issuing, loading, and unloading goods, labeling, and maintaining records in the SQL system. This role ensures inventory accuracy through regular stock verification, assists with inbound and outbound shipments, and operates material handling equipment (MHE) for deliveries and pickups. The position also requires adherence to safety standards and warehouse efficiency practices (5S) to support smooth operations.

**Specific Duties**:
1. Assist with inbound and outbound shipment arrangements, including loading and unloading goods while ensuring accuracy, damage-free handling, and compliance with company standards.

2. Receive materials, supplies, and finished goods, verifying physical stock against the SQL system to ensure correct quantity and condition.

3. Pick, pack, and release materials for production and customer orders, ensuring accuracy in quantity, lot number, and expiry date.

4. Process job orders from production or other departments, ensuring completion in both physical inventory and SQL system within 24 hours, including Part B release and Part D return.

5. Store items in an orderly, accessible, and safe manner using the FIFO method.

6. Transfer QC-accepted materials to proper locations and update inventory records promptly.

7. Conduct cycle counting, physical stock verification, and monthly inventory reporting to maintain accuracy.

8. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse following the 5S methodology. Ensure all documents are properly filed.

9. Identify and report unsafe conditions or areas for process improvement to the Supervisor.

10. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and PMA operations standards.

11. Drive and operate MHE equipment such as forklifts and reach trucks for material handling and deliveries.

12. Support customs documentation and reports, including LMW-related processes if required.

13. Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.

**Qualifications**
- Education: Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in basic math and communication skills (English required).
- Experience in forklift and material handling equipment (MHE) operation.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Willing to work overtime if required.
- Ability to lift and move up to 23kg.
- Familiarity with SQL system and inventory management is an advantage.
- Experience with monthly customs reporting and LMW documentation is a plus.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
