Social Media Admin / Customer Service Representative
**Pay**: RM1,900.00 - RM2,100.00 per month

We Are Looking For
- Strong communication skills (primarily in Malay).
- Empathy and a customer-focused attitude.
- Willingness to learn about our products and services (training provided).
- Good problem-solving abilities.
- Patience and a calm demeanor.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
**Responsibilities**:
- Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp.
- Accurately input and manage customer data.
- Assist sales staff with order sheets and submissions.
- Deliver excellent customer service to a primarily Malay-speaking customer base.
Working Details
- Work entirely from the office (no remote work)
- Location: The Promenade, Persiaran Mahsuri, Bandar Bayan Baru.
- Schedule: 5.5 days per week **(Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM).**
Who Can Apply
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
- **Fluency in Malay** is required; additional languages are a plus.
