**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support, including complex diary management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Act as a key liaison and support for senior banking partners and clients. This includes coordinating and attending meetings, lunches, and corporate entertainment events to help foster and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Prepare, analyze, and summarize financial reports, statements, and projections for executive review.
- Conduct research and compile data to assist in financial planning.
- Handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality and discretion.
- Organize and coordinate corporate events, client functions, and high-level meetings.

**Who We Are Looking For**:

- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Must have prior experience in the banking or financial services industry. Ex-bankers are strongly encouraged to apply, as familiarity with banking protocols and client engagement is crucial.
- Solid understanding of financial principles, terminology, and reporting.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to interact confidently with senior-level professionals and clients.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- A proactive, resourceful, and problem-solving mindset with a strong ability to multitask.
- Unquestionable integrity and a demonstrated ability to handle confidential matters.

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
