**职位简介 / Role Summary**我们正在招聘一位流利使用英语和普通话的客户服务专员，协助美国 Medicaid 用户完成健康保险登记与续订。若您会粤语，将优先考虑。本职位需在马六甲办公室现场工作，并配合美国工作时间。
We are hiring a dedicated Customer Service Representative to assist US Medicaid patients with health insurance enrollment and recertification. Fluency in Mandarin is required; Cantonese is a plus. This is an in-office role in Malacca, aligned with US business hours.

**主要职责 / Key Responsibilities**
- 管理每月指定客户名单，确保按时完成健康保险续约

Manage a monthly caseload to ensure timely Medicaid recertification
- 回答客户关于医保的咨询，提供专业友善的支持

Respond to patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- 准确维护和更新客户资料

Maintain accurate and updated patient records
- 定期跟进客户，确保满意度和持续服务

Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and continued coverage

**岗位要求 / Requirements**
- 必须流利使用英语和普通话（口语与书面）；会粤语优先

Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken & written); Cantonese preferred
- 能适应美国工作时间的夜班（马来西亚时间 9PM-6AM）

Able to work night shifts aligned with US business hours
- 必须在马六甲工作或愿意搬迁

Must be based in or willing to relocate to Malacca
- 具备良好的沟通能力、细节意识及客户服务精神

Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and customer focus
